If you have a conditional offer (CF), we will need all your qualification results before we can change your offer to unconditional (UF) via UCAS. If your offer includes the condition of sending copies of your results, send a scanned copy to email@example.com and include your UCAS Personal ID Number so that we can update your application. When you have met all your offer conditions, we will notify you via UCAS Track.

I am a UK/Home postgraduate student
If you have not yet met all your offer conditions, send your results and other required documents to email@example.com. We will then email you an unconditional offer. Make sure that you firmly accept your place so that your offer becomes unconditional firm (UF or CFA). Accommodation rooms will be offered when your offer becomes unconditional. Please note that original qualifications will be checked by Registry staff at enrolment.
If you have not met your offer conditions, we might be able to reassess your application and, in some cases, we may still be able to offer you a place.

I am an EU full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student
If you have met all your offer conditions, send your qualification results and other required documents to email@example.com as soon as you receive them.
We will then send you an unconditional offer by email. Make sure that you firmly accept your place so that your offer becomes Unconditional Firm (UF). You can then apply for your accommodation.

I am an International undergraduate or postgraduate student
If you have a conditional offer, you must fulfil all the conditions in your offer letter (including paying your tuition fee deposit or providing an acceptable Sponsorship Letter, sending your final academic transcripts and all other supporting documents) before we can confirm your place and issue a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). To accept your offer, reply to the regional email address in your offer letter.
