About FutureLets

FutureLets is the trading name of The FutureLets Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coventry University Enterprises Ltd.

FutureLets was formed following the merge of the Coventry University Accommodation Department and thefuturelets private lettings company. We provide accommodation to Coventry University students in University Owned and Managed halls of residence, and in variety of partner properties with approved private providers such as Unite Students, Host Students and more.

In addition, FutureLets promote, market and let good quality private accommodation located within close proximity to all Coventry University campuses. Coventry University has thousands of students each year seeking private accommodation. Requirements largely vary from room-only accommodation, studio flats, en-suite rooms, apartments and whole houses up to 14 bedrooms for larger groups. Our ever-increasing portfolio is designed to meet all types of student criteria and budget.

FutureLets endeavours to deliver unrivalled levels of customer service to both landlords and students, and are happy to advise on most aspects of student lets, including advice of market trends, rental appraisals, fixtures, fittings and locations, rental terms and maintenance contracts.

We aim is to take the stress out of students moving into their new home by finding them a property to suit all their needs, whether that be moving in with friends or on their own.

Our office is located within the heart of the Coventry University campus, situated in Charles Ward office 145, so we are easily accessible to both students and landlords.
